Next Cask from Circumstance?

So, we have some 100L casks made from Andean Oak. We have filled 3, each with a different spirit.

  1. New make from malted and unmalted barley
  2. New make from 85% malted wheat and 15% malted barley
  3. New make from 51% malted rye and 49% malted barley

One of these will be the next cask listed on Still In Cask.
Which would you like to see??

All three sound interesting. Maybe option 2.

I have no idea what flavours the Andean oak is going to bring, I am most interested in what it does to barley. I would go with that.
